We hope you’re staying safe and enjoying the snowy Winter! Stout season is far from over in our taproom as we tread through the best time of year for dark beers.
Another brand new stout is coming this week. And in addition to our entire lineup of over 15 different styles on tap at any time, we’ve got a bunch of great seasonals coming up as we prepare to pin on our shamrocks and green hats.

Our Executive Chef is always coming up with new creations in our brick oven kitchen.

OUR FIRST PILSNER
Do you know Zok? Zok is our old friend Paul and he’s one of the OG’s of homebrewing in Connecticut. If you’ve ever been to a nearby beer or wine festival, you’ve surely tasted some of Zok’s brews. We’ve been tinkering with a new recipe for our very first Pilsner and Zok was gracious enough to collaborate with us on all of it, becoming our first guest brewer! Our first Pilsner is in the tank now! Look out for more details, the name and can design reveal, and release date coming soon.
This brew will be the second in our upcoming rotating line-up of Lagers using ingredients from craft malters Epiphany Malt in NC and Stone Path Malts in Wareham, MA.
We will now have at least one Lager available all the time, Chewboccanator Doppelbock is on tap now! We’re excited to share all of the upcoming Lager recipes we’ve been working on. Stay tuned.
